Madeline Toner is a science communicator with a background in agricultural science, education, journalism and Japanese language.
Madeline is currently involved in the communication of science to those without a science background. She does this through newsletters, news articles and tailored publications. Madeline uses layman’s terms to make science accessible and relevant to specific audiences.
Madeline also works in the Outreach Program at La Trobe University where she coordinates Professional Learning Programs for science teachers and is involved in the development and teaching of science outreach programs for high school students.
