Aubrey Pellet

Aubrey is a dairy farmer at Hill End in West Gippsland where he milks 450 cows on a dryland farm of 205 ha. As a first generation farmer, Aubrey’s pathway to farm ownership included contract milking and leasing. Originally from New Zealand, Aubrey started his working life in the finance industry where he gained experience in rural lending, marketing, product management, information systems and strategic planning.

Since 2010 Aubrey has sought to develop skills in Governance and has since become a Director of GippsDairy between 2010 & 2014, a Director of the Rural Financial Counselling Service Gippsland since 2011, a delegate of the Fonterra Australia Supplier Forum since 2012 and appointed to the Bonlac Supply Company Board in May 2013, becoming deputy chair in 2014. He holds a Company Director Diploma from the AICD (GAICD) and is a 2014 Nuffield Scholar. Aubrey joined the AGI Board in 2017.
